I wanted to lose weight; I wanted to learn how to consistently keep the weight off. In the past I would lose weight and then put it back on. I love being with a group, we encourage each other. The training staff is great, all three have different personalities and train you just as hard in their own way. Since attending I’ve seen more definition in my arms and legs, I also feel a lot stronger.
