Initially i joined to lose a few pounds before I went on my vacation in 2012. The fitness routines/ exercises are not the same every day. Its a go at your pace/ goal with the intentions that each day you will pass your previous days goal. The friendships that I’ve built with other boot campers and accountability. We check up in a friendly way when too many classes have been missed. I’ve lost over 40lbs and loads of inches. I’ve gone from a 20 pants to a 14 and a 22 top to a XL ( 14-16).
