You can find out lots of information about boot camp on our FAQ!  But in the mean time here are 2 important things you need to know to get started.

#1: Boot Camp meets 5 days a week for 4 consecutive weeks.  Monday-Friday.  We have 3 sessions each day  5:30 AM, 6:30 AM and 5:30PM.  Each session last 45-60 minutes and  is limited to 15 women.

#2: To get started we first must get you in to do a  Fitness & Weight Loss Diagnostic Consultation.  This is a FREE 30 minute consult to find out more about your current fitness level, goals and come up with a clear plan to help you get there. Call our Admin Extraordinaire Liz at 203-624-9999 to schedule a consult.
